FATHER’S DAY GIVEAWAY

1. Promoter

This competition is run by Storm Distribution (“the Promoter”) via the following official social media pages:

• Instagram: @storm_living_sa
• TikTok: @storm_living_sa
• Facebook: @stormdistributionsa

2. Competition Period

The competition opens on 15 June 2026 and closes on 22 June 2026.

The official closure of the competition will be announced by Storm Distribution in the comments section of each relevant competition post. Entries submitted after the official closing announcement has been posted will not be considered.

Storm Distribution reserves the right to determine the final closing time on 22 June 2026 and to confirm closure publicly under the relevant competition posts.

3. Who May Enter

This competition is open to residents of South Africa who are 18 years or older.

Employees, directors, members, partners, agents, suppliers, consultants, or any person directly involved in organising or running this competition, as well as their immediate family members, may not enter.

The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, residence, and eligibility before awarding the prize.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must enter on an official competition post published by Storm Distribution on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.

Participants must complete the following steps:

• FOLLOW: Follow the relevant Storm Distribution page on the platform where they are entering: @storm_living_sa on Instagram or TikTok, or @stormdistributionsa on Facebook
• LIKE: Like the competition post
• TAG: Tag at least one person in the comments who would love this fire pit

Participants may receive one bonus entry by sharing the competition post to their Instagram Story, TikTok Story, Facebook Story, or Facebook feed, where available, and tagging the relevant Storm Distribution page so that the share can be seen and verified.

5. Entry Rules

Each valid comment that tags a different person will count as one entry into the draw.

Participants may enter more than once, provided that each comment tags a different person.

Each participant may receive a maximum of one bonus entry for sharing the competition post.

Story or post shares can only be counted as bonus entries if the participant tags the relevant Storm Distribution page and the share is visible to the Promoter.

If a participant’s account or profile is private, the Promoter may not be able to verify the bonus entry.

Duplicate comments, repeated tags, spam entries, fake accounts, bot-generated entries, giveaway-only accounts, inappropriate comments, or entries that do not meet the entry requirements may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.

6. Prize

There will be one winner only.

The winner will receive one Storm 78cm Fire Pit.

The prize is valued at approximately R1,749.00.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, credit, or any other product.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

Only the prize specifically listed in these Terms & Conditions is included. Any accessories, installation, fuel, firewood, gas, tools, transport, or additional items not specifically stated are excluded.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the competition period.

The draw will take place on or around 23 June 2026.

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw, except where required by law.

8. Winner Announcement

The winner will be announced during the week of 22–26 June 2026.

The winner will be announced in a post on all participating social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

The winner may also be contacted directly via private message on the platform where they entered.

Participants should be aware of fake accounts. Storm Distribution will never ask a winner to pay a fee, provide banking details, or click suspicious links in order to claim the prize.

9. Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted.

If the winner does not respond within this period, cannot be contacted, does not meet the competition requirements, fails to provide reasonable verification information, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner by random draw.

The Promoter may request reasonable information from the winner to confirm eligibility and arrange delivery or collection of the prize.

10. Delivery or Collection

The prize is available to winners within South Africa only.

Delivery will be arranged by the Promoter where reasonably possible. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the winner’s location and courier availability.

Alternatively, the winner may collect the prize from one of Storm Distribution’s branches in Johannesburg or Cape Town, by prior arrangement with the Promoter.

The winner is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery or collection details. The Promoter is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the winner.

Risk in the prize passes to the winner once the prize has been delivered to the address supplied by the winner or collected by the winner.

11. Use of the Prize

The winner accepts the prize at their own risk and is responsible for using the fire pit safely and in accordance with any product instructions, warnings, applicable laws, municipal rules, fire regulations, and safety guidelines.

The Promoter will not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from the misuse, unsafe use, or unauthorised modification of the prize.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights that the winner may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Publicity

The winner may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity related to the competition, such as having their name, social media handle, photo, video, or prize handover content shared by the Promoter.

Participation in publicity is voluntary, and the winner has the right to decline.

13. Personal Information

By entering this competition, participants agree that the Promoter may process their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition, selecting and contacting the winner, verifying eligibility, and arranging prize delivery or collection.

Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.

The Promoter will take reasonable steps to protect participants’ personal information and will only keep it for as long as reasonably required for competition administration, record-keeping, legal, or regulatory purposes.

14. Social Media Platform Disclaimer

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.

By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.

Participants release Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook from any liability arising from or related to this competition.

15. Availability of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions will be made available on the Firepits website and may be provided to participants on request.

16. General Terms

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, or terminate the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, unauthorised interference, platform errors, or any other reason that affects the fair running of the competition.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms & Conditions, tampers with the entry process, acts fraudulently, or behaves in a way that is harmful, abusive, offensive, unlawful, or contrary to the spirit of the competition.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
